The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is DDC PARTS, Company ID: 367382141 (hereinafter referred to as the "controller").

The purpose of these Terms of Personal Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to explain how your personal data, which you provide to us when using our online store www.levoshop.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "E-shop"), will be processed. At the same time, we want to inform you about your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.

These Terms provide information on the general rules for processing personal data when using the E-shop and social media accounts. Please note that specific conditions for processing your personal data depend on the purpose of data processing. However, you will always be informed in due time.

2. What Are the Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data?

We process personal data for various purposes. Below are the most common purposes:

a) Customer Registration

You can browse the E-shop and purchase goods without registration. However, to use certain services and discounts (e.g., a discount for registered customers, order history overview), registration is required. You can register through the registration form in the E-shop.

During your registration, we will request your personal data to create a Customer Account. You will also be asked to consent to personal data processing and will be informed about your rights.

Some data fields are mandatory, as we cannot create, maintain, or improve your account without them.

b) Purchase Contract Conclusion

If you wish to purchase goods from the E-shop, we process your personal data to conclude and fulfill the contract between us and you, which is established upon your acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions in the E-shop.

c) Newsletter Subscription

If you provide your consent, we will process your email address to send newsletters. The newsletter contains attractive offers and updates about our E-shop. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at the above email address.

d) Participation in Contests

By using the E-shop after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
